The Career/Job Search Coaching Program is designed to empower clients to develop and advance in their careers. While there is a prescribed structure to the program, each engagement is tailored to the needs of the individual client. The starting point is always the client's expressed needs. Confidentiality, boundaries and expectations are identified and set in a realistic time frame. With each client there is a serious commitment to serve their needs with candor and integrity.
While the Career/Job Search Coaching Program is a process, there are defined elements common to each engagement and addressed with each client.
